I have been practicing yoga since 2010. I finished my training as an Elements ™ Anusara Yoga teacher in 2017 at Shantaya Yoga School in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

I am a member of the Yoga Alliance and the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga.
Anusara means "floating with grace". Some simple techniques are used to achieve a balancing harmonization of the asanas based on Hatha Yoga. This takes place via slow movements in the rhythm of breathing. Sounds complicated, but it's very simple - relaxing and invigorating at the same time. A little meditation at the end rounds off the private lesson, whereby my "lesson" lasts 90 minutes. You will be amazed how quickly the time flies.
